These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Telegram88 ("telegram88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://telegram88.cam (the "Platform"). • "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for account withdrawals and compliance purposes.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile site, any associated applications, and all gaming products accessible through telegram88's domain.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before the resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money Wager" means a bet placed using verified, deposited funds (not bonus funds) in the Account Balance.

To register and maintain an active account on telegram88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party.

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• You are registering voluntarily and have not been directed to do so by any third party for purposes of financial fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, Telegram88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All bets placed on telegram88 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules applicable across all products are set out below.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Telegram88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after placement except in circumstances where a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred on the Platform.
• In the event of a palpable pricing error on any sports betting market, Telegram88 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Winnings from all game types are calculated and credited to the account Balance in MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of the wager settlement.
• Telegram88 employs independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all digital casino games. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG algorithm and are not influenced by the Platform or its operators.
• In-play sports betting markets are subject to late acceptance policies as governed by the relevant market rules. Bets placed after the relevant event trigger may be voided.
• Telegram88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any game, market, or account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any provision in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registration or use of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known bugs are not redeemable.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the Platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Facilitating or allowing a third party to use your account, whether for financial gain or otherwise.
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or other fraudulent reversal mechanisms to recover deposited funds.
• Any conduct that Telegram88 reasonably determines to be abusive, harmful, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

Telegram88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may warrant suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe, receipt of chargebacks, player self-exclusion requests, or a player's voluntary request to close the account.

All content on the telegram88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of Telegram88 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of Telegram88.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time in the event of breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telegram88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or any damages resulting from reliance on Platform content.

Telegram88's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Telegram88 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept the revised terms must discontinue use and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 9.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Curaçao jurisdiction, in which Telegram88 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Malaysian consumers under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law. Malaysian players are responsible for independently assessing the legal status of online gambling under Malaysian law and for ensuring their activity on the Platform is conducted lawfully.
